LEGAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR/TRAINER
Connect Staffing seeks a word processing/legal secretarial candidate for an outstanding Legal Support Coordinator/Trainer role in the Atlanta area. This role will handle daily legal administrative duties in the resource center as well as train new hires and oversee operations in the firm's resource center.
This is an on-site opportunity with normal work hours. Overtime may be required.
Duties:
- Provide secretarial/administrative support to attorneys (calendar management, travel coordination, document preparation, etc.)
- Assist with word processing assignments
- Review and report on the resource center's productivity and performance
- Assess the resource center's workflows and coordinate assignments and schedules
- Assist with projects as needed
- Prepare and review client billing
- Work with the Legal Support Manager and the training team to coordinate training for new hires
Requirements:
- A team-oriented mindset
- Keen attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Strong leadership and training skills
- At least 5 years of experience in a legal administrative/resource center/word processing role
