Knowledge of what an escalation processes is and reasons

3 - 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment required

The salary offered will follow Caritas of Austin salary guideline based on candidate’s education and experience.

Assists Manager in contacting vendors and escorting them to the appropriate area of the building.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (inclusive but not exhaustive):

Minimum of 2 years of professional related experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and create bills of lading (BOLs)

Ability to communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees and management

1 year of customer service experience

6 months of experience in a warehouse setting

Coordinate workload allocation among warehouse workers, material handlers and drivers

Prepare work orders; troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies as needed

Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and create bills of lading (BOLs)

Ability to communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees and management

1 year of customer service experience

6 months of experience in a warehouse setting

Coordinate workload allocation among warehouse workers, material handlers and drivers

Resolving member concerns as they arise and when needed, escalating through the proper management channels

Minimum Work Experience And Qualifications

Offering tours, discussing amenities and answering membership questions

Maintaining a proficient knowledge base of current retail products

Offering in-club promotions including Personal Training, Add-On Memberships, etc. 20%

Computer skills for using 24 Hour Fitness systems and other common applications as needed

Proven time management skills / ability to multitask

Minimum 18 months of customer service related experience

Successfully completed specialized skill training in one of the following specialty skills: CCU, E-mail, Internet, Operations, and Fraud Support

Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills

Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers

Good communication skills including speaking clearly, articulately and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies

6 months or more of customer service experience

Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge

Answer incoming communications from customers

Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

High school diploma or equivalent

Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing

2 years of customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bill shipments pursuant to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements

Recognize and resolve documentation errors

Experience in blood or pharmaceutical inventory management/hospital customer relations/logistics.

Progressive experience in a dynamic, multi-task operational environment.

3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, 5 days per week (must be willing to work weekends)

On-call 3-4 times per year

Rotate 3 working Holidays per year

Investigate and resolve hospital shipment problems.

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum two years of related experience.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Ability to type 45-50 WPM.

Troubleshoot access issues using approved methods and determine if an issue and provide prompt resolution.

Assist Technicians over the phone while at the site working on building issues.

Build, edit, disable, or delete access records following processes and procedures

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions and problem solve in standard situations.

Performing hard floor care: dusting and damp mopping.

Performing carpet and furniture care: vacuuming, spot removal, shampooing.

Collecting and disposing of trash, soiled linen and recyclable materials. Replacing receptacle liners and recycling collection totes.

Cleaning horizontal and vertical surfaces: dusting, damp wiping, spot cleaning of vents, light fixtures, window ledges, door surfaces, etc.

Cleaning restrooms, cleaning fixtures and replenishing restroom supplies.

Changing curtains, draperies, blinds, and shades as assigned.
