We are looking for Candidates with the following attributes, skills, and qualifications:

• Punctual, with great attendance.
• Able to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
• Able to demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic
• Computer skills in a windows-based environment.
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Must be able to pass a post offer/pre-employment background check.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure.

Work from home requirements

• High-speed broadband internet that meets our requirements of at least 10 Mbps Upload and 10 Mbps Download.
• WIFI connections ONLY

Training Hours Below:

• Mon-Fri 8am-4pm CT
• Mon- Fri 6am-2pm PST
• Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST

Shift availability Needed

• Hours of availability needed between 12pm-11pm EST (11pm-10pm CST) (9pm-8pm MST)
• Both Saturday and Sunday required for this position
• Candidates are able to pick their week days off and have the flexibility to work 4 days a week 10 or 8 hours shifts.
