Knowledgeable of laws and regulations as they apply to broker dealers and registered investment advisors

Proficient computer skills to include the Microsoft Office Suite

3+ years of sales or relationship management experience driving customer-related strategy, preferably in a SaaS or information services business.

Participate in Root Cause Analysis including incident and problem management activities.

Manage and coordinate the processing, communication, and implementation of all customer changes, including performing modifications on searches per customer requests.

Escalate appropriate retention efforts to their manager.

Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or another discipline relevant for the healthcare industry or equivalent experience.

Additional experience in setting IT strategy and business IT alignment.

Strong organizational skills, including program/project governance and increased levels of staff oversight.

Deliver proactive account management and direct the overall retention strategy of MissionSquare Retirement's Tier 1 clients

Determine client goals and objectives and develop and manage a strategic business plan towards those objectives

Assist clients with adding products and services to fulfill their needs and meet their plan and fiduciary responsibilities

Highly effective communication and presentation skills.

Experience managing a sales force, preferred

At least 10 years of experience in a fiduciary management, advisor management, or financial services sales manager role

The Director of Relationship Management (DRM) is a non-producing sales manager role

Experience as a relationship manager or financial advisor

Military service or strong knowledge of military and government benefits a plus

Understand all duties related to the Relationship Manager (RM) role in addition to those outlined in this description

Work closely with VPBD to develop effective business plans for the Relationship Managers (RM), review team activity, and ensure continuous improvement
