10-15+ years of relevant strategy experience; with at least 4+ years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm

MBA strongly preferred, Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in the areas of Business or Operations concentration, i.e., Finance, Engineering, Economics, etc.)

Industry experience in the consumer products, consumer services, retail sectors, software, analytics or business intelligence sectors is desired

Excellent project management capabilities and ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous initiatives – experience designing and implementing transformational agendas

2+ years of leadership experience with ability to build, inspire, and focus teams on delivery

Experience managing primary and/or secondary research, and translating data into structured strategic recommendations and business cases

Demonstrated experience partnering with C-Suite to develop presentations for executive-level audiences

Experience with other data analytics and insights tools such as SQL, Tableau, etc. (preferred but not required)

Preferred: Relevant Master’s or MBA from top tier program

Strong leadership and project management skills including oral and written communication, problem solving, diplomacy, conflict resolution and risk management skills

3-5 years of experience in life sciences and/or biopharma (Corporate, Consulting, VC and/or Investment Banking) preferred

Demonstrated interest in corporate development (e.g., decision analytics, transactions, strategic partnerships) through course work or prior professional experience

Support deal teams during active diligence and negotiations

Work alongside CBSO colleagues on strategic projects and/or corporate planning processes

Participate in external engagement activities (e.g., partnering discussions), industry conferences and relevant trainings

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in negotiating lead purchases from affiliates, both direct leads and 2nd tier leads

A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a marketing strategy, business development strategy, or other similar role

Develop and implement lead generation strategies and tactics that meet business goals.

Acquire leads from affiliate sourcing.

Demonstrates strong business knowledge, leadership, and general management skills

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

·Must have top tier consulting firm experience (ex. Deloitte, McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company) .\

·Must have healthcare background - Willing to consider only "rock star" candidates with no healthcare experience

·Corporate Strategy experience with a large healthcare system

·Candidates with an MBA would be ideal

Prepare presentations for executive team particularly BOD and employee meetings, conferences, and other external requirements

Develop queries, dashboards, and reports using various data analysis tools.

Regularly monitor media and industry news for topics of relevance to leadership, employees, investors, or board members

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

Advanced understanding of industry data elements and business management

Drive sequencing and prioritization of initiatives based on value creation potential with clear project management support.

Five (5) years of experience in related field

Strategic thinker with in-depth analytical skills and continuous attention to detail

Manages multiple projects simultaneously in a timely and accurate manner and works independently in a fast-paced environment

Author and deliver high-impact presentations and plans to senior management

Leading complex problem solving and addressing strategic issues/decisions as needed

Leading cross-functional business intelligence initiatives for the company

Supporting corporate strategy development, business development, scenario modeling, etc.

Developing executive-level presentations for the CGO and CEO (EC updates, Board presentations, external speaking engagements, etc.)

Independently own and execute strategy projects, including scoping, work planning, and stakeholder engagement.

A strong background in strategy, management consulting, and/or corporate innovation, with expertise in the financial services industry a plus.

Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and business leaders to manage, execute and implement strategies that you designed.

Manage and nurture team to create leading strategy talent.

Empower and develop a team of strategists that turns industry, competitive, and trend intelligence into tangible value for the organization.

Drive the development of the 3-, 5- and 10-year corporate strategy, including periodic and annual formal reviews.
