Schedules appointments and tours with potential residents upon request.

Coordinates residents' move-in, move-out, and in-house transfers.

Maintains accurate, organized residents' pre-admission, move-in, and discharge documentation.

Maintains accurate, organized documentation of apartment inspections and related work orders.

Ensures that quality resident services are coordinated and delivered in accordance with RUI standards, policies, and procedures.

Supports the social, emotional, and physical environment conducive to the best interests of all residents.

Degrees in health care management, medical social work, or marketing are beneficial but not mandatory

3-5 years of stellar customer service experience in a healthcare setting

Manage consumer inquiries and convert them into successful admissions

Take on other exciting responsibilities as needed

Familiarity with the healthcare delivery system and medical vocabulary or an interest in sales is a bonus

Possession of a current health certificate/examination as required by State Agencies

Connect daily with potential referral sources including hospitals, physicians, insurers, case management companies and health care agencies.

Experience in health care sales, marketing, insurance or commensurate education preferred.

Experience in managed care or insurance preferred.

Assumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in a presentable manner.

Two years’ experience in marketing/sales

One year experience in senior housing or healthcare-related field

One year experience in hospitality preferred.

Assists and guides future residents in available selections (kitchens, flooring, colors, up-grades).

Prepares closing documentation and internal communication timely and accurately.
