Clinical skill to coordinate with pts and families

• Prior experience in administrative work or sourcing

• Passionate about improving education and committed to student success

• Support the admissions and student success team

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Collaborate with the program team to evaluate and select candidates based on their qualifications, potential, and alignment with program goals.

Facilitate effective communication between candidates and the program team, addressing inquiries, providing feedback, and offering guidance throughout the admissions process.

Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role, preferably within the tech recruiting industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with applicants.

Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to analyze candidate qualifications and provide constructive feedback.
