Move-In Coordinator (Health Care Admissions )

Retirement Unlimited is seeking Move In- Coordinator to support our Retirement Community in Leesburg and Manassas, VA!

The Move-In Coordinator is the liaison to new Residents/families moving into our community, delivering and ensuring the success of our ambassador program. This person works closely with our Director of Sales and Community Relations Executive Director, and all department heads to ensure a seamless, successful transition and warm welcome into our community. The Move-In Coordinator will also assist with calls, tours, event planning & execution, and other tasks as assigned.

• Facilitates new residents’ integration as members of the Community.
• Ensures that quality resident services are coordinated and delivered in accordance with RUI standards, policies, and procedures.
• Supports the social, emotional, and physical environment conducive to the best interests of all residents.
• Maintains accurate daily census.
• Coordinates residents' move-in, move-out, and in-house transfers.
• Schedules appointments and tours with potential residents upon request.
• Actively networks under the direction of the Director of Community Relations to ensure the Community is represented as an attractive long-term care option in the local community.
• Maintains accurate, organized documentation of apartment inspections and related work orders.
• Assists residents individually and in small groups with transitioning to the Community.
• Maintains accurate, organized residents' pre-admission, move-in, and discharge documentation.
