Job Description
Coldwell Banker Realty in the Twin Cities Metro Area is looking for a Weekend Transaction Coordinator to support the data entry and administrative functions of our branch offices.

The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for data entry and transaction processing. This role creates and processes listing transactions, along with maintaining large amounts of information across various real estate specific databases. This position will also offer agent support as needed by answering agent questions and requests and communications regarding missing/incomplete paperwork.

Schedule and Work Hours
  • Travel to branch offices in the Minneapolis metro required for training.
  • This role has the ability to be 100% remote but the candidate hired must reside in the Twin Cities Metro area.
  • This is a part-time 8 hour per week position on Saturday and/or Sunday, and the hourly schedule is flexible based on the preferences of the candidate hired and the business need.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Responsible for reviewing, auditing and uploading documentation for proper placement in the system.
  • Send communication to Sales Associates regarding status updates and incomplete files.
  • Create and manage transactions in operating system.
  • Enter information, upload documents and photos into local MLS, and in Showing Time.
  • Provide superior customer support to all of our agents and supporting staff at our branches Additional duties as required by business need.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Outstanding organizational and file management skills; emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Send communications to needed parties regarding status updates and incomplete files.
  • The ability to wear a headset for 8 hours and/or during entire shift.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Teams Calling, Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat. Ability to learn external and internal real estate related applications.
  • Ability to communicate with different audiences to convey message successfully and to change gear quickly to support different customers.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment as well as manage deadlines and time constraints.
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills required (both written and oral).
  • The ability to work in a professional environment and communicate with a variety of people, including the general public.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required combined with speed and accuracy.
  • Real Estate/Mortgage industry experience a plus
  • Creative problem solving skills.
  • Customer-focused, delivery-oriented, ability to work in a team environment.
