The Contract Analyst will report to the Contract Manager. They will assist with contract management and contract administration functions of the Company. Responsibilities include

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED AS NEEDED)
- Maintains contract files and records.
- Ensuring compliance to terms and conditions of contracts.
- Reviews and/or provides guidance in the preparation of contracts, agreements, amendments and change orders.
- Manage vendor/supplier performance in relation to contractual agreements.
- Verification that all contractual clauses are included in documents (as are appropriate).
- Coordinate and confer with the Company's General Counsel on contractual items.
- Assist in debriefings, resolving disputes, claims, litigation, and settlements.
- Assists in review of EISA contracts to be executed.
- Assist with the development and execution of service contracts and manage the renewals of those agreements.
- A minimum of three (3) years of increasingly responsible professional level experience in contract execution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
Knowledge Of
- All aspects of contracts, including preparing, revising, examining, and analyzing the documents
- Computers and current office software programs for word processing, presentations, and email at the intermediate level of proficiency; spreadsheets and databases at the intermediate level of proficiency; as well as the ability to learn and operate efficiently specialized software as related to the functional area.
- Ability to provide factual and objective technical data and information used by other in making operational decisions.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with teammates and others contacted in the course of daily work using principles of excellent customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail, in a fast-paced shop environment with constant interruptions.
- Ability to use good judgment and common sense, to make logical, cost effective and sometimes critical decisions while working under high pressure situations and within strict deadlines relating to purchasing and inventory functions.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively, both orally and in written form, to other members of staff, contractors, suppliers, and other various audiences.
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality while working with purchasing information and other pertinent sensitive information.
