Provide ongoing and weekly updates on all tasks, projects and support issues to Senior Management within IT as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Position:

At least 3 years’ experience working in a NOC, helpdesk team or onsite IT support.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Experience working in Life Sciences preferred.

Required Qualifications and Preferred Background:

Responds to client inquiries and requests.

Reviews documentation and researches issues.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.

Occasional long periods of standing while copying.

Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs.

Minimum 3 years experience with contract management and analysis

Prior experience in sales operations, marketing research, sales support or information management a plus

Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills

Interface with Senior Management for contract performance reporting, financial reporting, and exception processing.

Develop intimate working-knowledge of business process and key partners.

Work with offer development team and contract account directors in unique contract language.

Project Management experience is a plus.

Manage vendor communications involving moderately complex contract negotiations and dispute resolutions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study.

Minimum of one (1) year of related contract and/or supply chain experience.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and functions under pressure to meet strict delivery requirements

General Knowledge of Supply Chain & Finance is a plus

Manage assigned projects to completion with help and support as needed

Proactively flag issues for the Transformation Office Finance team

1+ years of analytical experience

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

• Design data migration strategies that ensure data integrity, minimize data loss, and minimize system downtime.

• Create data migration plans that outline the migration process, migration timelines, and data mapping.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that the data-related solutions are effectively designed, developed, and implemented.

Time management, planning and organizational skills

Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfillment

Relevant work experience in television or a related media

Strong Microsoft office and software application skills

1-2 years of related experience working in television contract or sales administration capacity

Must have excellent oral and written communication skill
