Contract Operations Analyst Jobs in Iowa

Minimal 2 years in contract operations, contract management, or comparable experience.

Partner with IT to continuously improve contracting management platform, lead user testing and user communications.

B.S./B.A in Engineering, Finance, Business

Experience and proficiency with contracting system and platform is a must

Experience in large, complex data migration is a must

Partner with Business Analytics to ensure 100% of contract data is ready-to-use and reportable.

Experience with a combination of grants management, vendor relationships, event logistics, and/or IT systems, ideally in a non-profit or foundation setting

Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

Experience with creating and managing invoices and cashflow tracing preferred

College degree or equivalent experience preferred

Systems based thinking – you organize yourself and others into systems that are easy to use and understand

Ability to learn and/or comfort learning new systems, if necessary
