Basic coding / scripting knowledge (PHP, C#, Javascript).

Quality assurance testing of the work-in-progress consolidated toolset and other bespoke tools.

Create and maintain technical documentation of existing lab tools and processes.

Strong verbal and written communicator.

Managed care experience – medical billing or claims workflows knowledge

Professional and non-distracting space to work from home

Medical jargon and coding knowledge – CPT codes

EPIC experience – specifically within Tapestry is a plus

Location: REMOTE - Office in Oakland, CA

Excellent attention to detail – must have a critical eye

Work with demand owner, Product lifecycle management project coordinator (PLM PC), to get clear demand on material requirement.

BS degree with work experience of 0-2 years | MSc degree a plus.

Experience in planning and logistics processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment is preferred.

Experience as a Buyer, Planner, or expeditor in a high-tech, low volume environment is a plus.

Place orders and create purchase requisitions (PRs). Follow up on estimated time of arrival (ETA) of the orders.

Coordinate with suppliers to place orders for consigned parts. Coordinate shipment with logistic team.

Provide ongoing and weekly updates on all tasks, projects and support issues to Senior Management within IT as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Position:

At least 3 years’ experience working in a NOC, helpdesk team or onsite IT support.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Experience working in Life Sciences preferred.

Required Qualifications and Preferred Background:

Minimum 3 years experience with contract management and analysis

Prior experience in sales operations, marketing research, sales support or information management a plus

Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills

Interface with Senior Management for contract performance reporting, financial reporting, and exception processing.

Develop intimate working-knowledge of business process and key partners.

Work with offer development team and contract account directors in unique contract language.
