Position Description


Timely and high-quality order entry for service only contracts in alignment with business expectation


Follow business guidelines and credit thresholds in a way that maintains clean books/records and meets internal regulation


Collaborate with Collections department as needed to facilitate payment from customers for disputed invoices


Understand accounting rules and research booking activity to determine appropriate action to resolve discrepancies.


Manage Intalled Base including activations, deactivations and transfers


Support the service DX teams with respect to customer inquiries and invoicing as well as dispute minimization and resolution. Establish a strong partnership with the field organization such as Sales Reps and Regional Service Manager
