Experience and skill with data management including interpreting, comprehending, and summarizing statistical and medical data.

Project management and collaboration skills required.

Proficiency in presenting, communicating, and interacting effectively with medical staff and management at all levels of the organization.

Experience in safety and quality improvement training preferred.

Strong written, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple projects with general supervision.

Formal Project Management Skills from concept to implementation and support.

Performs other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Working with people at all levels within the plant with varying levels of Lean Six Sigma, experience a plus.

Proven experience in leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

Effective Communication Skills (Mutual Understanding & Support) written & verbal.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Strong capabilities and practical application of TPM Education & Training Systems, and tools as well as Daily Management System.

Deliver appropriate training and coaching to transfer lean knowledge to plant leaders.

Serve as backup for QA Manager in times of absence.

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Science or related field) strongly preferred. Extensive related work experience required in lieu of degree.

Six Sigma certification and/or TPM demonstrated mastery.

Experience successfully leading project teams and departments.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management

Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Master Black Belt.

In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma

Experience with driving improvements in student lending and / or financial services industry

Identify and analyze opportunities, develop solutions, and control plans using Lean Tools and/or Industrial Engineering practices

Bachelor’s Degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics or other related field or relevant experience 

Support project management on Plant (specification, sourcing, gates, etc.) 

Excellent communication and organizational skills 

3-5 years of Supply Chain Experience 

Strong skillset to lead and facilitate meetings with a diverse audience, quickly synthesizing information to help drive consensus and actionable items 

Define, structure, compile, update, ensure availability of operational documentation (plans, procedures, technical doc, standards) for Supply Chain activities. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

Warehouse Management and Transportation Knowledge

Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or related field required

Person must have capabilities to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

Performs administrative duties commensurate with the requirements of the organization including data gathering, metrics, reports, and newsletters

This position requires 3-5 years of Lean experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
