Job Description
Title: Consulting Operations Analyst
Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid)

Overview
You are a Consulting Operations Analyst, interested in supporting our internal operations team to enable the success of our client-facing leaders and individual contributors.
In this role, you will provide resource management, project control, staff forecasting, business metrics reporting and ad-hoc support across a variety of operational disciplines. Your impact will enable consulting teams to focus on delivering world-class strategic advisory services to both government and commercial clients.

Responsibilities
  • Serving as the liaison with leadership to maintain the singular, accurate and real-time view of rapidly changing staffing needs to prioritize staffing and recruiting actions
  • Working with project leaders to set up new project budgets and resource allocation plans, map staff to labor category requirements on GSA MAS and client-specific rate cards
  • Performing other administrative and operational support duties as assigned
  • Maintaining accuracy of staffing forecasts and project budgets according to sales and project lifecycle stages
  • Creating weekly, monthly and ad hoc dashboard reports to support business analysis
Requirements Basic Qualifications
  • Experience with Unanet highly desirable
  • A commitment to setting and delivering to quality expectations
  • A Bachelors degree and 2-3 years of experience, ideally in a federal consulting environment
  • Experience communicating and collaborating assertively with leaders and other colleagues.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and Excel skills; PowerBI a plus
  • An ability to work with little supervision, maintain confidentiality, confirm priorities and meet deadlines
  • U.S. citizenship (the nature of our work with the federal government limits our hiring to U.S. citizens)
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft tool set
