Title: Jr. Consulting Analyst (CoE)

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

YOUR ROLE:

The Center of Excellence (CoE) team is a high performing, collaborative global team in search of a Consulting Associate to support the rapid growth of Genioo. As an Associate, you will work closely with leaders in Project Delivery, Business Development, and Customer Success in a rotational role supporting cross-functionally. You will gain broad exposure to Genioo's distinctive business model and be responsible for providing support on the most critical touch points during the sales and project life cycle.

The position will be based in our Boston. There is a potential for travel up to 25% (ad-hoc client requests, internal functions).

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Proficient level PowerPoint, Excel, and Data Visualization skills
• Driving multi-functional team efforts to solve the complex needs of clients - always clearly communicating with all stakeholders and bringing everyone together to a solution
• Be eager to learn and be a sponge in improving consulting acumen, skillsets, and collaboration
• Building strong trust-based relationships with delivery and sales leadership
• Being on the ground floor of a fast-moving start-up environment, with a team-first attitude to support your colleagues as we build up a new function and team

WHO YOU ARE:

• Work well under pressure as a self-starter with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing and growing environment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience including modeling, pivot tables, macros, executive and/or client presentations. Experience in data visualization (Power BI / Tableau) is a plus.
• You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under pressuring deadlines.
• You have a strong business acumen and are an excellent communicator.
• 1-3 years of experience, ideally in management/strategy consulting, sales & marketing operations/strategy, commercial go to market, or business operations/strategy.
• You are interested in learning more about the commercial (sales) side of the business as well as project delivery.
• You thrive in a team environment as a supportive team member with a proactive attitude toward new tasks.
• You have a contagious passion for making a difference and delivering top-notch services to both internal and external stakeholders.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in with the ability to effectively influence and communicate with executive leadership and clients.
