The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Sourcer. Ideal candidates will have several years experience identifying candidates using job boards, phone, and email.


  • Schedule and coordinate additional interviews with recruiters and/or hiring managers
  • Use websites such as Indeed and LinkedIn to properly source profiles and resumes
  • Demonstrate ability to comprehend details regarding a position and formulate questions to uncover the fit of a candidate to those details
  • Conduct initial phone screens to gauge a candidate's communication skills
  • Effectively identify candidates that meet the minimum requirements of specific roles in the fields of sales, IT, accounting, etc.


Experience Required


  • Experience using job boards and job websites to identify candidates
  • 2+ years experience in a recruiting role
  • Experience conducting phone screens to deduce "fit"
