Job Description

Location: Carnegie, PA - Hybrid

Job Type: Contract


The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Sourcer - HR. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sourcing new candidates for a variety of roles.


Responsibilities

  • Outreach potential candidates via email, phone, and messaging to establish a dialogue
  • Track candidate flow using appropriate software
  • Conduct phone screens to further identify target candidates
  • Use job search sites such as LinkedIn, Monster, Handshake, etc. to identify candidates that meet minimum qualifications of outlined roles


Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system
  • 3+ years working with job searching websites (Experiences must be recent, using today's technologies)
  • 3+ years of HR sourcing experience
