Overview A Client Learning Experience Manager is responsible for creating and managing learning experiences for clients. They are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences that meet the needs of the client. They must be able to analyze the client's needs and develop learning experiences that meet those needs. They must also be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning experiences and make adjustments as needed. Detailed Job Description A Client Learning Experience Manager is responsible for creating and managing learning experiences for clients. This includes designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences that meet the needs of the client. The Client Learning Experience Manager must be able to analyze the client's needs and develop learning experiences that meet those needs. They must also be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning experiences and make adjustments as needed. The Client Learning Experience Manager must be able to work with clients to ensure that the learning experiences are meeting their needs. They must also be able to provide feedback and guidance to the client on how to improve the learning experiences. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in instructional design or related field
• Experience in developing and delivering learning experiences
• Experience in working with clients to ensure learning experiences meet their needs
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Knowledge of technology-based learning tools
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
