- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and create training materials, including videos, webinars, and training guides.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for clients, both individually and in groups.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote the company's training programs and ensure clients are aware of available resources.
- Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify opportunities for additional training and support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction with the company's products.
- Continuously improve training programs based on client feedback and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage client training programs to ensure successful adoption and usage of the company's software products.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, Online Brand Protection, and Brand Management.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to inform training strategies.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs for software products.
- 3+ years of experience in a client training or client success management role, preferably in the finance industry.
