Job Details


Our finance industry client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Training Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS, Online Brand Protection, Brand Management, Client Training, Client Management, Client Success Management, and Software Training. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and create training materials, including videos, webinars, and training guides.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for clients, both individually and in groups.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote the company's training programs and ensure clients are aware of available resources.
  • Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify opportunities for additional training and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction with the company's products.
  • Continuously improve training programs based on client feedback and industry best practices.
  • Develop and manage client training programs to ensure successful adoption and usage of the company's software products.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, Online Brand Protection, and Brand Management.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to inform training strategies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs for software products.
  • 3+ years of experience in a client training or client success management role, preferably in the finance industry.
