Overview Claims Settlement Specialists are responsible for processing and settling insurance claims. They review and analyze claims, investigate the facts, and determine the appropriate course of action. They also negotiate settlements with claimants, and ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with the insurance company’s policies and procedures. Detailed Job Description Claims Settlement Specialists are responsible for processing and settling insurance claims. They review and analyze claims, investigate the facts, and determine the appropriate course of action. They also negotiate settlements with claimants, and ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with the insurance company’s policies and procedures. They may also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports to management, and providing customer service to claimants. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in insurance claims processing
• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Excellent customer service skills
