The Claims Specialist position is focused on filing claims against the warehouse, co-packer, or carriers. Investigating various cases and collecting information to determine if a claim could be filed to recoup company assets. The Claims Specialist will work with other Celsius departments, warehouses, carriers, co-packers, or customers to collect more information for claims or process credit to customers, follow up on product returns, review documentation, schedule pickups, and other projects supporting the claim manager.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop and continuously improve the standard claims process.
• Identify issues that may require the use of independent experts or vendors.
• Works with minimal supervision to recognize, investigate, and resolve complex claim cases.
• Perform special projects as assigned including, but not limited to, tracking company incident statistics, incident investigation file management, etc.
• Recognizes claims trends and provides analysis to Claims Manager
• Work with other departments or vendors, and management to provide claim status updates.
• Communicate with customers to resolve claims.
• Establish claims with the third-party administrator and/or the at-fault party.

Education and Qualification:

Provide detailed bullet points of desired education, experience, and specific skills & qualifications required and desired.
