What Will You Be Doing?

• Follows defined policies and procedures ensuring the company receives complete, accurate, and auditable data for all transactions the company earns revenue in its cash advance, ATM, and check services business units.
• Assists with the immediate resolution of daily settlement and exception processing issues and troubleshoots matters associated with these transactions.
• Responsible for answering settlement-related inquiries and saving daily/monthly settlement reports and bank statements.
• Research transactions to determine customer reimbursements, and prepares and generate funding statements as needed.
• Ensures the company receives and pays all entitled and required funds in connection with all company contractual revenue transactions according to, or governed by, card association guidelines.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise for the Job:
Qualifications - Must have's:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel & Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Team-oriented

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current starting pay is $17/hr and is overtime eligible.
