Vp/Chief Product Officer, Pam Technology - Remote

Responsibilities:
Leader in the product department of 25+, and a member of the leadership team, reporting to the President of the division. This position drives multiple, unrelated teams (both Product and UX) and multiple product lines. Consistently delivers high quality results. Provides advice and mentorship to senior leaders across teams. Structures strategic discussions with no assistance and shares insights that affect the company. Identifies and suggests opportunities for more optimal team arrangement. Responsible for the pricing, goals and forecasting of their product lines.
Consistently drives the strategic vision that support the overall company strategy/objectives. Has multiple instances of predicting trends and driving the company to make an investment. Finds opportunities to predict trends and pattern-match. Demonstrates a growing knowledge of the competitive and peripheral market.
Leads and develops staff, identifying strengths and weaknesses and developing capabilities to next level in order to increase capacity of the overall product function to drive product success​.
Effectively leads cross-functional processes that help scale the company's performance and successfully implements strategic initiatives across teams/departments. Leads discussions and thoughtfully problem-solves with senior execs across the company to address needs and challenges associated with the product direction. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver on the vision of the product suite. Working with our product operations team to ensure our product suite is properly trained, adopted, and supported. Proposes standard processes and communication methods. Finds opportunities to create alignment with sales, marketing, CS, and Corp Dev on strategy and roadmap.
Proposes new packaging and pricing models. Consistently drives positioning and customer target segments. Drives creation of forecasts for new products/modules. Suggests and offers improvements on success metrics.
Above all, delivering strong and compelling products that take advantage of JLL’s unique technology, data, relationship, and people to move the needle on market share and margin
Qualifications:
Education and experience

• Knowledge of the CRE tech market is a plus
• Multiple years as head of the product department in similar size or smaller companies
• MBA and knowledge of Commercial Real Estate industry is a plus.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems.
• Experience working in or with sales, sales enablement, or knowledge of sales processes.
• Experience with installing best Product Management best practices into a tech department.
• 12+ years of experience in full cycle technical product management in a relevant software markets, taking a data-driven, customer-centric design approach preferred
• Experience creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, establishing product vision and development strategy, defining go-to-market strategy, leading design discussions, and driving other teams and peers to coordinate on common outcomes.
• Experience with understanding and translate the voice of the customer into product strategy, with direct results attributed.
• Proven ability to influence at all levels and to foster highly collaborative and inclusive product development environments that achieve desired outcomes.
• Degree in computer science or engineering disciplines is a plus.
