Chief Health Officer Jobs

Develops, presents and manages budget for nursing services.

Evaluates long and short-range equipment and supply requirements for nursing care by forecasting service levels and quantity of materials on hand.

Directs, plans and implements orientation and educational programs to promote staff training and development.

Minimum of 3-5 years of CNO experience in an investor-owned healthcare organization.

Prior experience in Joint Commission preparation and survey process.

Ensures continuous and timely nursing services to patients.

5+ years of direct management experience across population health functions (e.g., care management, risk adjustment, quality)

Experience building remote first, centralized services teams

10+ years of experience in relevant population health expertise, either in a health plan or provider setting

Deep understanding of managed care principles across all value-based care risk models

Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and standards - with a particular focus on quality (e.g., HEDIS) across multiple states

Oversee Yuvo Health's performance against rigorous value-based care quality and cost-of-care targets across all of our health plan contracts

Strong project management skills including ability to manage budgets and task timelines.

Equip talent in underinvested communities with the skills and credentials to compete successfully for quality income and wealth opportunities.

Invest in businesses, housing and other community infrastructure to catalyze economic, health, safety and educational mobility for individuals and communities.

Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in community development, public health or related field.

Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with diverse co-workers and partners.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent LISC effectively in external meetings with community and philanthropic partners.

Experience working in a clinical setting for hospitals.

Possesses a high level of organizational skills and is process-driven
