Chief Operating Officer - Digital Health

Agile Search is engaged with a seed stage digital health organization building operations on the East Coast.

The Chief Operating Officer's primary goal is building and leading the organizational infrastructure to ensure successful delivery of the company's product to the customer in a successful manner.

You will directly advise the CEO on operational insights and strategy as well as executing the tactics of infrastructure building, providing direct leadership and coaching to the organization's first employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic planning and workforce planning
• Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO
• Aid in the identification of new markets and strategic business opportunities
• Achieve and maintain expert level product knowledge for cloud based, fully integrated digital health software platform of the future
• Plan for and evaluate daily operations for continuous improvement
• Maintain cybersecurity awareness and readiness throughout the company and vast network of connected partners.
• Lead, Manage and Hire direct, indirect and outsourced teams of highly competent professionals, with emphasis on software development, software project management, software engineering or DevOps
• Set and achieve goals to launch and scale this high growth Digital Health Start-Up

Qualifications

• Extensive Cloud experience
• Executive communication skills
• Strategic planning, business and technical experience driving execution in an early stage company
• Microsoft Azure preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with a track record of increased growth and/or responsibilities, scaling growth of early stage, cloud based medical or healthtech enterprises
