Manage customer planogram requirements, category updates, timelines, and implementations

Minimum 5+ years business analytics experience supporting CPG Sales or Retailer Buyer team(s)

Minimum of 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting sales team. Demonstrated strong understanding of retail and customer team perspectives

Experience working with ULTA or Beauty Specialty is strongly preferred but not required

0-2 years' experience in sales, category management, shopper insights & strategy required

Expert technical skills – Scan systems, Panel systems, trade funds management software, excel, PowerPoint, word, etc.

Team player with exceptional leadership, communication and management qualities

Train sales on the use of Category Management tools as needed.
