Manage relationship with finance application vendors

Builds community for sharing best practices, skills and competencies for FICO and associated knowledge areas (HighRadius, Integrity, etc.).

Experience working in a multicultural, remote team environment

Serves as subject matter expert to the business regarding SAP Finance and Controlling topics and related finance applications.

Provide user training on various finance applications and processes

Manage projects via product roadmap, using agile framework for delivery

For Security Vulnerability / Assessment systems, monitors and manages enterprise vulnerability and assessment tools in the RCC-CONUS AOR.

IAT II(CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP,GSEC,Security+ CE,CND,SSCP)

Applications used include Microsoft Office, Visio, and other office productivity tools

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Pay Range: $29.56 - $42.87 / hour

Strong understanding of cash management, corporate finance and accounting

Direct cash management operations which include daily cash and debt administration while ensuring compliance with SOX and internal policies

Perform bank account management activities such as opening and closing accounts, signatory updates and FBAR reporting

Lead banking and treasury workstation administration including the management and validation of users, bank accounts, and counterparty information

Leverage existing and emerging technologies to streamline, simplify and standardize cash management processes (i.e., Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI)

Prepare presentation materials for senior management; ad hoc analysis, projects and other duties as assigned.

Education: associate degree in finance or accounting or a related field or equivalent experience.

2-5 years' experience in accounts receivable and cash applications

Oracle and GetPaid experience are preferred but not required.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Reviews all remittance from customers or clients and match the payments to the appropriate invoices.

Posts lockbox, wire transfers, credit card payments, inter-company transfers, refunds, and adjustment entries.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large amounts of data.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

3+ years of dedicated specialized cash receipts experience.

Law Firm and/or professional services background preferred

Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Ability to work additional hours as needed.

Project management experience and certifications.

Experience with Next Best Actions (NBA) and Next Best Customers (NBC) capabilities and related logarithms.

Act as a project manager for small scale initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors relating to computer science, business, finance, marketing, or similar fields of study.

CRM platform support experience required, with preference for those with Salesforce or Veeva experience.

Demonstrated business communications, influencing, and situational awareness skills.

Self-motivated, detail oriented, and focused to perform quality work with excellent time management skills and reliability without constant supervision.

Act as first respondent to escalated issues and appropriately escalate to upper management when necessary.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.

Acts as an expert on coordination of benefits.

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.

Documents and maintains shift documentation in ticket management system.

Responsible for assigning all Help Desk and customer inquiries, including technical assistance, best use of product, additional products and services.

Provides outstanding customer service to Tesla Motors application users.

Provides second level technical solutions, according to established service levels.

Liaison for Level III Information Technology development support.

Resolve production issues by fixing defects in application source code wherever feasible.

Strong time management and written/verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent work experience

Provide technical knowledge to assist in decision-making and future state designs.

3+ years' experience supporting one of the following systems: Meditech Client Server AP/GL/MM; Infor v.11 Payroll; or Ansos Time and Attendance

Certification in Meditech AP, GL, MM, and NPR preferred

Provide build and access support in several I.T. applications.

Understanding of project management concepts in planning and implementing multiple projects in a cross functional environment

Strong technical knowledge with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in terms that is understandable to the business

Experience with analytics and visualization (Power BI and/or Tableau)

Implement, maintain, and support sophisticated applications across the entire organization

Provide analytical and visualization support to a variety of business units

Engage with internal stakeholders by listening effectively and clarifying information as well as partnering effectively on the design of automated systems

Previous high volume and complex A/R or cash application processing OR strong data entry / data analysis experience

CRG Benefits Offered on Contract:

2-3 days REMOTE during training (first 2-3 weeks), onsite the other days

4 days REMOTE after training, onsite Wednesdays

High school diploma required, Associate’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel and Outlook proficiency

Job Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certification):

Perform applications performance monitoring and management.

Bachelor’s in information technology or relevant field; Or high school diploma with four years IT experience with hardware and business applications.

3-5 years IT experience with hardware and business applications.

5+ years’ experience working at an AmLaw 200 firm or other professional services partnership is preferred.

Preferred experience maintaining one or more of the following:
