Experience manipulating and presenting trends to management utilizing large data-sets

A self starter who can manage projects and tasks end to end with minimal supervision, providing regular updates to management

2+ years experience in BSA/AML/Compliance or Fraud/Risk related investigational work, preferably in a financial institution or related FinTech payments space

Strong investigative skills, including familiarity with public record research and database tools

Knowledge in AML transaction monitoring/suspicious activity reporting typologies and risks in regards to funds transfers/p2p payments and equities

Demonstrated transaction analysis skills that apply across numerous financial products in complex scenarios

Support the CAI compliance program to ensure management of corporate and legal obligations, appropriate controls, and adherence to regulatory requirements

Manage CAI’s record-keeping program and ensure adherence to FINRA and SEC record-keeping requirements

The ability to effectively communicate across various lines of business and with senior management

Ability to work with individuals across business lines, including product teams, operations groups, legal teams, project management, and executive leadership

Monitor the firm’s continuing education training program and develop report(s) to illustrate status and deadlines, on a periodic basis

3+ years of broker-dealer compliance experience

Collaborate with partners from engineering to customer experience to inform strategic builds of essential compliance program elements

7+ years of related experience

Expert level abilities in SQL and data analysis/visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Looker)

Experience using data to solve complex, ambiguous problems

Vision to define problems and manage projects in a fast-­paced, evolving organization

Experience bringing data to life for any audience through written and verbal communication and data visualization

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Pay Range: $29.56 - $42.87 / hour
