Support outreach and engagement activities with faculty, staff, and co-manage scheduling and delivery of classroom workshops and presentations.

Administer and interpret career assessments in individual and group settings including personality measures, interest measures, and Choices 360.

Assist with event programming and services hosted by the College of Social Science and the Career Center including Drop-In Advising.

Prepare written communications and multi-media materials for digital media promoting early-stage and interest area career development activities. Contribute to campus publications.

Supervise undergraduate “Career Peer” student workers.

Serve on relevant internal and external groups and committees focused on career services and student success.

Although the position is fully remote, candidates must reside in a state approved by the employer due to regulatory requirements.

2+ years of leadership managing teams of 5-15, preferably in a remote environment

Exceptional aptitude for inspiring team to meet goals while managing KPI's

Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional writing experience preferred

Contribute writing skills for internal marketing efforts

Manage a roster of accounts with competing deadlines

The DGCS will use current career development theory, knowledge and practices to coach students from diverse backgrounds.

The DGCS will act as a representative of the SEBA Programs to employers and recruiters.

Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Collaborate with faculty to leverage their knowledge and experience in assisting students with their Career Path Plans (CPP).

Guide students in setting goals and devising strategies that align with their skills and interests.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both oral and written

Excellent public speaking and presentation skills

Experience working with young adults with ASD.

Knowledge of the basic principles and theories of student development and educational

Oversee community management and engagement, with a primary focus on Instagram

Manage the content strategy and run the @BetchesTravel and @WhensHappyHour Instagram accounts

1 to 2 years experience in storytelling, content creation & social media (including internship experience)

Understanding of and ability to write in brand voice and tone, as well as excellent written and communication skills

Design & content creation experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or After Effects a plus

Use social media tools (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter) to create original and source curated content on a daily basis
