Career Services Manager - Remote

Talent Pools Staffing is currently seeking experienced leaders with proven success in education, recruiting, staffing, sales, hospitality and/or account management. The role is a remote Career Services Manager role for an exceptional educational institution. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of 8-10 direct reports in a metrics and consultative relationship building environment.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Bachelors Degree (required)
• Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring processes with an innate ability to coach others through hiring processes including resume reviews, interview prep and offers/onboarding
• Experience working in Career Services within an educational institution, or recruiting experience within the staffing industry highly desired. Successful leadership in a metrics driven environment outside of these industries will also be considered.
• Although the position is fully remote, candidates must reside in a state approved by the employer due to regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional aptitude for inspiring team to meet goals while managing KPI's
• 2+ years of leadership managing teams of 5-15, preferably in a remote environment
