Serve as liaison between business segments and Information Technology on activities including but not limited to:

Scheduling and generating system reports

5+ years of application administration/management experience, including SaaS administration experience preferred

Project management and business analysis experience

Manage relationships with 3rd party support vendors to ensure they are trained on the product, processes, and new releases of software/hardware.

Generate knowledge base articles (KBAs) and best practices for troubleshooting client-specific and generic product technical issues.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related study, or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical support, system support, or customer support.

Management of software maintenance/updates (Windows, Office, etc.)

Management of virus protection and end point protection

Management of ordering needed IT supplies (Traka security loops, blank Visi keys, fobs, cord control ties, etc.)

Experience with ServiceNow module suite and reporting capabilities

Manage time and advance issues as needed

BS/BA degree in Computer Science or relevant technical subject area and/or relevant experience

Leads and manages Backoffice and Store software projects utilizing multiple software applications.

Manage, diagnose, and update support tickets with a level of detail and escalate issues where appropriate. IT on-call support as needed.

Bachelor’s degree required in Computer, MIS or 5 years work experience.

Business software application production support experience.

Data integration experience a plus.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives and requests simultaneously.

Ability to analyze technical business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements, to architect and develop integrations across critical applications

In-depth knowledge of SQL and object-oriented programming paradigms (e.g Python, Java, Scala) to efficiently manipulate large volumes of data

Experience integrating data with Salesforce, Marketo, Stripe, and/or Netsuite

Define processes and ETL infrastructure to transform and make data readily available across the company

Creative and analytical thinker who can facilitate resolution to key design decisions in complex, integrated systems projects

Strong communication and collaboration while working in cross-functional environments

5+ years of experience working with fluid or environmental control systems or components

3+ years of hands-on hardware experience performing fabrication, assembly and/or testing

Proactive problem-solving skills such as failure analysis, root cause investigation, and design of experiment creation

Knowledge of metallic and fluid system manufacturing techniques, processes, equipment, and other processes such as machining, welding, brazing, tube bending, etcetera

Able to work well in an integrated collaborative team environment, including frequent interactions with technicians, other engineers, and managers

Iterate on manufacturing processes and development testing in a fast-paced environment

Contract rate ranges from $30/hr-$40/hr depending on experience and qualifications

Instill a sense of calmness and confidence in end-users while working through technical challenges.

Maintain accurate technical documentation for client systems.

Assist with technology projects, such as Microsoft Azure/O365 migrations, server upgrades, and network build-outs.

Maintain relationships with clients and end-users.

3-5 years of information technology experience focusing on operational experience implementing and supporting encryption and key management solutions.

Responsible for Full life-cycle project management of server-based applications used by the Savings & Membership Department.

Full systems engineering lifecycle experience (Requirements, Analysis, System design, Build, Monitoring, Support procedures).

Minimum 2 years of experience in database, networking, storage, and system administration is required.

Experience with SQL, Toad, Splunk, and Alert/Event monitoring a plus.

Prod Support primary skills and Windows and AIX server platforms are a plus.
