5+ years of application administration/management experience, including SaaS administration experience preferred
Project management and business analysis experience
Manage relationships with 3rd party support vendors to ensure they are trained on the product, processes, and new releases of software/hardware.
Generate knowledge base articles (KBAs) and best practices for troubleshooting client-specific and generic product technical issues.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical support, system support, or customer support.
