Greeting customers: Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude as they approach the counter or drive-thru.

Order taking: Accurately and efficiently take customers' food and drink orders, either in person or through the drive-thru system.

Cash handling: Accept payment from customers, which may include cash, credit cards, or mobile payment methods. Count and provide change accurately.

Order processing: Enter customers' orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system or register, ensuring accuracy in the items ordered and any special requests or modifications.

Upselling and suggestive selling: Offer additional menu items, promotions, or combos to increase sales and enhance the customer's experience.

Food preparation coordination: Communicate customers' orders to the kitchen staff or food preparation team, ensuring that the order is prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

Answering customer inquiries: Respond to customer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, pricing, and promotional offers, providing information and suggestions as needed.

Order delivery: Hand out completed orders to customers, either at the counter or through the drive-thru window, ensuring accuracy and verifying the contents of the order.

Cleaning and maintenance: Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Assist with general cleanliness and maintenance tasks within the dining area as needed.

Customer service: Provide excellent customer service by resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Shift reconciliation: Reconcile cash register at the end of the shift, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded, and complete any necessary paperwork or reports.

Adherence to policies and procedures: Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including food handling and cash handling protocols.
