Job Description
Bettenhausen Automotive is looking for a Service Cashier to join our award-winning team!


Job Responsibilities


  • Verify service and parts invoices are closed properly with the correct pay codes.
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments for customers.
  • Guaranteeing checks through the UTA guarantee system following policy guidelines
  • Organize and file service and accounting files as needed; purge files when necessary.
  • Receipting monies collected for service repair orders, parts counter tickets, and vehicle sales
  • Balancing the cash drawer and finalizing the deposit.
  • Light lifting
  • Provide backup coverage for main reception desk


Part Time Position


  • Monday - Friday 4pm - Close (between 7 and 8pm), and rotating Saturdays


Job Requirements


We are looking for some one who is a team player, dependable, and can provide exceptional customer service.


  • Previous cashier experience preferred
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Accounting knowledge is a plus - this position can provide great experience for accounting majors!
  • Previous Automotive experience preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must provide exceptional customer service
  • Proficient computer skills


Benefits given with 30 hours or more consistently
