Overview An Associate Supply Planner is responsible for managing the supply chain of a company. They are responsible for ensuring that the company has the right amount of inventory, in the right place, at the right time. They work with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to ensure that the supply chain is running smoothly. Detailed Job Description An Associate Supply Planner is responsible for managing the supply chain of a company. This includes forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and developing strategies to ensure that the company has the right amount of inventory, in the right place, at the right time. They work with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to ensure that the supply chain is running smoothly. They are also responsible for monitoring and analyzing supply chain performance, identifying areas of improvement, and developing solutions to improve efficiency. Job Skills Required• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of ERP systems
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least two years of experience in supply chain management
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is preferred
