Job Description
:
Jabra is currently hiring a Regional Supply Planner. As a Regional Supply Planner, you will be Optimizing the organization, integration and effective management of all activities related to the planning of all goods, which meets the business sales forecast goals. Lead the material and information flow, as well as the management and control of inventory in achieving the business objectives. Develop best practices within the Regional Planning & Fulfilment area.
Responsible for:
  • Manage planning parameters (optimize/define/supply and inventory levels) such as forecast thresholds, lead times, and be the key point of contact both internally and externally for the supply plan schedules.
  • Alignment between Product Demand & Fulfilment - Act as business partner advocate on product delivery dates and availability in collaboration with Flex regional planning, sales, demand planning and global planning.
  • Manage and own optimal levels of inventory, performing stock transfers, inventory optimization, supply constraints on regional/global sourced materials, slow moving inventory, sales initiatives, and scrapping process.
  • Evaluate requests from Sales and determine if request meets threshold as well as build capacity at regional and global levels.
  • Support Project management of existing/new initiatives and successfully implement project plans measured against key KPI’s performance rates, capacity planning, and others to be defined.
  • Create and manage regional supply build plan based on 52-week forecast.
  • Own supply balancing short term regionally and globally allocation with global planning or other regions.
  • Participate in business system process development.
  • Produce and manage regional delivery and shipping forecast priorities.
  • Ongoing and active participation in planning related process development activities for short- and long-term goals.
  • Participate in weekly demand-supply balancing meetings and other meetings with commercial stakeholders as required.
  • Coordinate weekly production planning requirements and assign kitting priorities for product families.
  • Validate weekly PPO output from Flex for T1 and T2 materials to monitor accuracy and variability.
Requirement
  • Travel: 10%
  • Highly Analytical
  • Tools: Experience working with any ERPS – Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Forecasting.
  • Manufacturing experience - Preferred
  • Experience: 3 -5 years.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $75,000 to $85,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
