Assistant Manager Logistics Operations Jobs in Texas

Project Management, including operations start-up and/or closedown experience preferred

5 - 8 years managerial experience, including multi-site P&L responsibility required

Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management required

Customer Relationship management, including demonstrated sales success with existing business required

Engineering and IT awareness, including supply chain modeling, use of routing, Transportation Management and Warehouse Management applications preferred

Strong Financial Experience and Problem Solving / Process Improvement skills required

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive actionable insights that facilitate cross-functional initiatives and business outcomes

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management preferred

Improve performance develop presentations of analytic findings highlighting meaningful information for operational management and LPS leadership

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Analytics preferred

Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership

4-8 years of directly related experience

Proven working experience as a Logistics Operations Manager.

Record of successful distribution and logistics management.

Direct and Manage a team of Operational colleagues.

Manage the strategic and commercial relationship with the on-site Customer.

Strategically plan and manage the logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services in conjunction with the department heads.

Direct, manage and track the quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency of both facilities.

Proven working experience as a Logistics Operations Manager.
