Job Description of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality of service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must also ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed. Skills Required
