Area Senior Vice President Jobs in Missouri

Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales management, managing direct sales teams

Ability to successfully cascade Company strategies, objectives, priorities, and other management directives accurately and in an easy-to-understand manner

Experience in various sales and marketing roles with increasing responsibilities

Work collaboratively across all sales organizations within Crescent to facilitate mutual growth across product, service/solutions offerings, strategic initiatives, and national accounts.

Outstanding communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

Thorough knowledge of electrical products, solutions and services and how to apply them within local Code(s)

Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry related experience considered

Industry related certifications/designations or willingness to obtain

Field and agency experience is desired

Multi-line product knowledge will be important with an emphasis on (Commercial and agriculture lines)

Provide inclusive leadership focused on our values of financial strength, integrity, respect, service and teamwork

Lead distribution strategies as well as explore new sources of business and channels

-Provide credit risk and workout potfolio management services

Remote (West Coast preferably Salt Lake City or Los Angeles)

-Provide implementation/interim support on operating functions and job duties

-Finance, Accounting, or Economics degree preferred.Masters/MBA and Series 7 and 63 will be an added advantage

-Experience with all aspects of an loan acquisition process and performing valuation analysis

-Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of client personnel
