JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR Reps oversee functional areas of Human Resources:

Background checks, Offer Letters

Employee eligibility verification

Implements new hire orientation and hiring processes

Employee recognition programs

Employment-related inquiries

Refers complex sensitive matters to the HR Director

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local

Employment law and Regulation Compliance

Understands HR best practices;

Reviews policies and practices

HR investigations

Work Comp Investigations

Unemployment Claims

Employee Relations

Employee Safety Compliance

Customer Incidents

Change Management

BA/BS degree and 5 years’ relevant experience

SHRM-CP or SPHR certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
