Create and manage programs to track and improve the frequency of design specification for Price products by design consultants

Frequent Travel is a requirement for this position

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet specific goals and deadlines

2-5 years working experience in a Business Development, Technical Support or Sales Role is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the landscaping, erosion control, or other construction services area.

Exceptional people and presentation skills.

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com

Certification is Erosion and Sediment Control, a Plus.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Responsible for building market share and position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals while strengthening business relationships.

Bachelor's degree required. Prefer a degree in the biological sciences i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, etc. with strong quantitative skills

Minimum 2 years’ experience selling pharmaceuticals, laboratory services, or other medically-related services to the outpatient physician market required

Experience selling molecular diagnostics in the outpatient physician market a plus

Prefer Business to Business sales experience that involved cold calling for new business.

Knowledge related to PCR, Infection prevention and control, and antimicrobials a plus

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Perform all tasks as assigned by hotel management and staff.

Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals, with at 3 years experience selling for hotels/resorts.

Perform and follow up on all extra tasks, actions and responsibilities assigned by the Director of Sales and Director of Marketing.

Manage, coach and guide assistant to assigned sales coordinator.

Promote and sell to group / incentive market in the defined geographic region.

Maintain and expend current group relationships and generate new leads for business.

Industry knowledge & previous distributor management experience a plus, but not essential.

Results and action oriented with excellent follow up skills

High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with multifunction team and build relationships with the distributors

Analytical skills to review data and provide insights

Presentation skills - ability to present and communicate with confidence.

Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Significant Sales Experience with a preference for people management experience

Account Management Experience (i.e., Headquarters, District, Region, or Market level)

Experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Up to 60% travel with occasional overnights may be required.

This position provides participation in either the Kellogg Auto Reimbursement Program or a Fleet Vehicle Program.

Experience with a Medicare Advantage plan, FMO / benefits broker, or provider is preferred

4+ years’ Sales or Community Relations experience required

1+ years’ supervisory experience in a metric driven environment

Experience working with or selling to the senior community or medically underserved preferred

Supervising, coaching and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team

Relentlessly pursuing that team's monthly growth targets through strong leadership, analysis, problem-solving, teambuilding, and coaching

Perform other duties as requested by management.

Conduct a professional, thorough site inspection of the hotel with clients, exhibiting key features and benefits of the property.

Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

Must be skilled in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.

Meet or exceed set goals.

Operate the Sales Department within established sales expense budget.
