It Analyst – Desktop Support Jobs in Pennsylvania

Experience working in an IT environment with emphasis in Service Desk and Operations Management

Experience working with virtual / remote staff members.

Troubleshooting and resolving remote hardware, software, and network issues

Strong communication, organization, and planning skills

Ability to learn and share knowledge with other team members.

Experience working both independently and as part of a project group.

Tier II Technical Support experience

At least two years of IT operational or equivalent experience

High analytical and problem-solving abilities

Solid understanding of ITIL practices is a plus

Fixing any technical issues as needed

Troubleshooting/escalating technical issues as necessary

Maintain a known error database and frequently update Application knowledge base with new features.

1-3 years’ experience in a customer facing role

Excellent verbal and written skills – You will be required to demonstrate this at the interview

Subject matter expert on all Invisalert products

Works directly with customers to resolve moderately complex application issues, services, and assists with updates and maintenance.

Uses discretion to effect timely solution of problems to ensure customer satisfaction, eliminate downtime.
