It Analyst – Desktop Support Jobs in Arizona

Follow Incident Management Procedures and assists with Customer Communication for High Priority issues affecting the enterprise

Create and review functional specifications, instructional documents, and knowledge articles for business operations applications and processes

This position requires a minimum of three years IT support experience or eighteen months working with Company business applications hardware experience.

This position requires excellent written and verbal communication along with strong interpersonal and customer service/orientation skills.

Intermediate level computer experience, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is necessary.

Ability to both multi-task and manage priorities effectively is required.

Experience with endpoint management tools like JAMF, ManageEngine, Intune

Excellent Communication Skills. Comfortable working with business and technical individuals at all levels of the organizations

Experience in a hybrid work environment a plus

Experience working with Microsoft Azure Active Directory

Skilled in technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

Experienced with producing high-quality technical and end-user documentation

Minimum of 1 year work experience in the field of IT Technical Support
