IT Desktop Support – Remote CST

· Prioritize and schedule problems. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician

· Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked

· Develop help sheets and knowledge base articles for end users

· In-depth knowledge of computer hardware

· Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Associate Degree in appropriate field of study and/or 2+ years' IT Support experience, A+ Certified

Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
