Overview The Americas Benefits Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic and tactical support to the Americas Benefits team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure the successful delivery of benefits programs and services to the Americas region. The Americas Benefits Business Partner will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to the Americas Benefits team in the areas of compliance, communication, and data analysis. Detailed Job Description The Americas Benefits Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical support to the Americas Benefits team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure the successful delivery of benefits programs and services to the Americas region. The Americas Benefits Business Partner will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to the Americas Benefits team in the areas of compliance, communication, and data analysis.The Americas Benefits Business Partner will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing strategies to ensure the successful delivery of benefits programs and services to the Americas region.
• Providing guidance and support to the Americas Benefits team in the areas of compliance, communication, and data analysis.
• Working with the Americas Benefits team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Developing and implementing communication plans to ensure that employees are informed of changes to benefits programs and services.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and areas of improvement in benefits programs and services.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve the effectiveness of benefits programs and services.
• Working with vendors to ensure the delivery of quality benefits programs and services.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of new benefits programs and services.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with vendor management.
