Hr Business Partner, Americas

monday.com is growing and so is our People team! We are looking for an HR Business Partner to partner with our teams in the Americas.

In this role, you will be supporting our leaders and teams to successfully scale our business, evolve our culture as we continue to grow, and enable our teams to go above and beyond.

About The Role

As a member of the HRBP Team in the Americas, you’ll take a key role in driving organizational health and our unique culture and values, continuously assessing the organizational needs, devising solutions and coaching managers. You will focus on onboarding, engaging, growing and developing our people, as well as adapting cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support our team’s development and growth.

• Proactively assess the team and organizational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making and implement appropriate solutions.
• Partner with the HR Functions and Global HR Partners as to workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training and development needs and ensure cultural alignment.
• Responsibility for the full employee life cycle, onboarding to offboarding.
• Design, support and execute people-related strategy.
• Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including org design, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management and team building to support the team’s growth and individual development plans.
• Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Demonstrates project management and change management experience.
• Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment
• Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Collaborator and a team player - an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
• Holds analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, experience in using data to identify insights and trends that drive action and exercises solid judgment.
• Experience supporting client-facing teams (sales, customer service, etc.)
• 7+ years of experience in the Human Resources function with 5+ years as an HR Business Partner
• Experience in a global environment / scaling teams

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $125,000-$150,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
