Knowledge of technical aspects of transportation planning, commercial motor vehicle driver and equipment management.

Establish visual management techniques to manage the value stream.

4-year degree or equivalent and 8 years of supervisory or leadership experience

5+ years of home renovation leadership experience

Develops subordinate personnel to have the technical skills, training and certifications necessary to perform their job. .

Proficient in using computerized database management (Excel) and presentation systems (PowerPoint).

In support of aircraft certification and final phase testing, may include flight tests on aircraft as required. .

Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing.

Operations Manager II in GAC Savannah

Enforces quality standards; monitors and provides corrective action for workmanship issues. .

Monitors operational performance of all equipment maintained by the airline consortium.

Monitors passenger flows at check-in aisles, security, checkpoints, FIS, and other key locations

Specifies, evaluates, recommends, and/or administers policies, practices, and programs necessary to ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

Responds to and assists in mitigating emergencies as required.

Maintains quality control standards for performance, reliability, serviceability, and safety for international terminal and ramp operations.

Completes daily on-duty shift reports for submittal to the Executive Director, airlines, and airport community.

Two (2) years supervisory and/or project management responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree in airport management, public administration, aviation or business field.

Four (4) years of experience in airport operations and/or airport administration, airport maintenance, streets maintenance or general construction.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

MS Word/Excel or similar software skills

Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Project Management Skills - Competently determines processes to achieve project strategy; verifies project efficiency and collaboration to ensure timely completion

Four year degree in aviation management, information technology, project management or a closely related field

Required Education, Training and Experience:

Technical Skills - Effectively implements and maintains technological solutions for business objectives, operation, generate information, communicate, problem solve and make decision.

Or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Manage all operational departments and vendors who provide services for the care of the facility

Ensure Federal/State Law safety requirements are established within assigned location

Required Education, Training and Experience:

Four years of increasingly responsible office administrative or secretarial experience.

Equivalent combination of training and experience.

Microsoft Office Specialist Certification (Associate/Expert/Master)

Distributes RFP’s and RFQ’s to respondents and prepares required documentation in accordance with SDCRAA’s process.
