Coordinate dental services and assist Dentist with patient care, instruments, supplies, documentation and support the function of the dental department.

Assist in documentation and maintenance of all patient dental records.

Assist in triaging and scheduling of all dental sick call requests

Prepare clinic with appropriate instruments and materials for scheduled visits

Assist Dentist during treatment by providing instruments, materials, retraction or suction

Mix and fabricate all restorative materials

EDUCATION, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Supports companywide cyclical activities, new implementations and enhancements that are/will be administered and managed through Workday.

Develop, manage, and improve both routine and ad-hoc Workday reports. Evaluate large data sets and recommend enhanced reports. {E}

Relevant certifications in Workday administration are a plus.

Valid Compact or MN certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Previous experience working as a CNA in a healthcare setting is preferred.
